Sheila’s practice includes consultation, representation, and mediation in appellate and writ proceedings. She collaborates with parties and their trial counsel to ferret out and preserve appealable issues in the trial court and represents clients in appellate courts throughout the state for briefing and/or oral argument.
Her appellate experience includes employment law, family law, insurance law, bankruptcy law, medical malpractice, probate and trusts, real property, public entity liability, business litigation, and tort litigation.
