Sheila is certified as a specialist in Appellate Law by the State Bar of California. She is a Sacramento-based attorney with a statewide appellate practice, and has appeared in all six appellate districts of the California Courts of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Sheila helps her clients course correct while still in the trial court, appeals unfavorable judgments and orders, and protects favorable judgments that have been appealed.
